Our guides are meant to be calm, practical and honest. These are the standards we hold them to.
Sources
We base guidance on official Indian sources — the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in), the 1930 helpline, NPCI (UPI) and the Reserve Bank of India — alongside reviewed community experience. Official sources and community experience are kept clearly separate.
Not legal advice
Everything on this site is general information. It is not legal or financial advice, and it does not create any professional relationship. For your specific situation, consult the relevant authority or a licensed lawyer.
No promises, no recovery services
We never promise that an account will be unfrozen, that money will be recovered, or that anything will happen within a fixed time. We do not offer paid recovery services and we do not recommend individual agents or lawyers.
Your safety
Our guides will never ask you to share a password, OTP, PIN, seed phrase or full account number, or to pay an upfront fee for a guaranteed result. Those are hallmarks of a scam.
Corrections
If you find something inaccurate or out of date, tell us on Telegram and we will review it. We review guidance before publishing and update it as official processes change.
