QikCrypto Safety Help is a free information resource for people in India dealing with bank account freezes, UPI liens, debit restrictions and cybercrime (NCRP) complaints after a peer-to-peer (P2P) crypto transaction.
Why this exists
When a bank freezes an account after a P2P trade, most people have nowhere calm and clear to understand what happened or what to do next. That gap gets filled by "recovery agents" who demand an upfront fee, claim inside contacts, and deliver nothing. We built these guides as a straightforward, no-promises alternative.
Who runs it
This resource is maintained by the team behind qikpay, a peer-to-peer crypto service operating in India. We disclose that connection openly. We sell nothing on this website, we run no ads, and we never message you first.
What we can help with
- Identify the type of restriction (lien, debit freeze, full freeze, UPI block)
- Organize the facts of a transaction before you contact your bank
- Point you to the official complaint and grievance channels
- Recognize recovery scams and unsafe requests
What we cannot do
We cannot unfreeze an account, recover funds, guarantee an outcome or a timeline, or act as a bank, police unit or lawyer. Everything here is general information, not legal or financial advice.
A safety note
We will never ask for your password, OTP, PIN, seed phrase or full account details. Anyone who does — including anyone claiming to be from us — should be treated as a scammer.
